When it comes to taking the perfect selfie, there’s more to it than just the perfect pose.
Someone who understands the mechanics of a killer selfie is former Geordie Shore star Gary Beadle.
Yes, the reality star and his pregnant girlfriend Emma McVey are known to share a selfie (or 10) a week but they’ve now revealed it’s a lot harder than it looks.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, Gary gave fans a sneak peek behind-the-scenes of his girlfriend’s photo shoot, saying:
“The shit you do so the Mrs can get a good picture.”
The video shows the Geordie star multitasking with a ring light while holding the couple’s dog as Emma strikes a series of poses, and the whole process looks like a lot of work.
However, Gary made sure to get his own selfie out of it all, sharing a picture on Instagram making use of the ring light.
Emma is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child and is due to give birth this month.
