Are wedding bells in the near future for the couple?
Fans of Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez are convinced the pair are about to announce their engagement after the Strictly Come Dancing professional spoke candidly about wanting to be a husband.
The pair met on the last season BBC show, however, only confirmed their relationship in February of this year despite consistent rumours since the show aired last year.
Since then, the couple has been happy to share romantic pictures together on their social media and talk openly about their relationship.
However, in Gorka’s latest interview, he left many fans believing that the pair are set to marry.
“I would love to have my own family,” he told New! about his relationship with the former Hollyoaks actress.
“I love kids. Hopefully one day I’ll become a husband and a dad.”
Gorka also spoke honestly about how the pair met and said that he was not expecting to meet someone on the show despite the number of couples who have famously gotten together on the ballroom dance show.
“I never went into the show thinking I was going to find my partner. It happened after.
“You can’t help who you fall in love with.”
Gemma and Gorka are currently on holiday in Alicante, Spain and enjoying the sun, sea and sand according to Gemma’s Instagram.
