There are certain things we have come to expect from a standard Great British Bake Off episode. One of those things is Noel wearing a jazzy shirt. Another one is Rahul being unable to take a compliment. And apparently, another thing that's bound to happen not once, not twice, but approximately 17 times in each and every episode of the show these days is Paul Hollywood dishing out a handshake.
