'If it happens...' Harry Styles isn't ruling out a One Direction reunion
"If I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't have done it."
Harry Styles hasn't ruled out a One Direction reunion in the future, because of course he hasn't - just think of the cash money.
And the music and the memories and the friendship, naturally.
The 'Sign Of The Times' singer told Rolling Stone that he wouldn't rule out getting back together with the lads in future if the time was right.
And if it was for "the right reasons."
"I don't think I'd ever say I'd never do it again, because I don't feel that way," he said.
"If there's a time when we all really want to do it, that's the only time for us to do it, because I don't think it should be about anything else other than the fact that we're all like, 'Hey, this was really fun. We should do this again.'"
Styles said that despite the disagreements and differences the band had at times, there always existed a "mutual respect" between them.
"It's too important to me to ever be like, 'Oh, that's done'. But if it happens, it will happen for the right reasons," he said.
"When somebody gets out of a band, they go, 'That wasn't me. I was held back.'
"But it was me. And I don't feel like I was held back at all. It was so much fun. If I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't have done it. It's not like I was tied to a radiator."
Styles, who has released his own solo album as well as starring in Dunkirk since leaving the band, also admitted that he once bit off part of his tongue while on mushrooms.
The singer said that he would lie on the grass while high and listen to Bob Dylan to encourage his creative process.
What a lad.
