22-year-old Shaun is a coach for Manchester United and previously starred as Michael in Billy Elliot in London's West End.

He also survived a rare but life-threatening brain condition as a teenager.

He contracted a simple sinus infection which spread to his brain and required six operations. His mum and dad Julie and Tom were told that he had just a ten per cent chance of survival but he pulled through.
