First Dates Ireland kicks off a second series tonight on RTÉ2. We've high hopes for its return following the first installment last year which filled our Thursday nights with brilliant TV, not to mention the hilarious social media commentary.
Following the success of last year’s series, First Dates Ireland is set to be bigger and better with 12 episodes due to air this time round.
The new series sees the return of Maître D’ Mateo Saina, barman Ethan Miles and waitress Alice Marr, once again playing Cupid with Ireland's singletons.
On tonight's show, Rachel meets carpenter Conor, Antonio unleashes his best moves on medical scientist Sinead and Paddy and Lauren both go on their first date ever.
Poor old Paddy and Lauren got off to a pretty awkward start by the looks of it...
