A highly anticipated programme about the Leaving Cert airs on RTÉ tonight
Set a reminder for 10:15pm.
Tonight, the long-awaited documentary divulging into the Leaving Certificate airs on RTÉ. What's wrong with it? Is it a waste of time? What can the system do to change it? And most importantly, what would it be like to go back and sit the exam now?
Throughout this documentary, that is exactly what radio host and TV personality, Stephen Byrne, is going to find out. Deciding last year to go back to school and re-sit all subjects, nine years later.
Documenting the entire process, this documentary is set to include raw and tense footage of the ultimate struggle to garner the necessary points to feel "successful".
Sharing the trailer on Twitter last week, Stephen said:
"Never been this raw on television before, its usually my job to maintain face and stay calm. Thats out the window."
Can't wait for people to see this. The first teaser for Leaving Again.
Also. So Nervous. This has been a really tough year for a multitude of reasons.
