Yes, one of the bookies favourites 'Albert' now looks to be the frontrunner as the royal family seem to have set up a webpage under the name. As we wait for official confirmation from Wills and Kate, Albert looks even more likely due to the fact that when other popular name choices like Arthur, James, Philip and Henry are searched, they only result in an error message.
