Irish internet star Cian Twomey had the best comeback for one troll

Darragh Berry

Love him or hate him, nobody deserves this kind of abuse.

Cork native Cian Twomey started making videos back in 2011 but six years ago, he couldn’t have imagined the position he would be in right now.

He became a big success on social media for his sketches about him and his girlfriend Emily, whom Cian does impressions of much to her dismay I’m sure…

Twomey is very vocal on social media and regularly replies to fans, but for every bit of good praise he gets, there is someone waiting to try and bring him down.

One such person whom Twomey was getting negative feedback from was a man called Kevin who had messaged him on several occasions.

Comments accusing Twomey of being homosexual (although his videos are about his girlfriend) and unfunny is something that he would normally take in his stride, but it was the comments about his late father that proved too much for the online star.

Adding insult to injury, Kevin was no young keyboard warrior, he wasn’t a teenager or even in his twenties.

“I thought it was a kid. Turns out it’s a 45 year old man.”

Sure, Twomey could have engaged in a battle over Facebook chat with this complete stranger who felt that he had the power to abuse the video-maker, but instead he took matters to the next level.

“I did what any other person would do, I messaged his mother and snitched on him” said Twomey.

He concluded: “Don’t mess with me big boy, I’ll go telling on you whether you’re 12 or 45.”
