Kendall Jenner’s appearance at Sunday night’s Golden Globes left many a little confused.
Yes, the reality star was an unexpected attendee at the awards ceremony, however, when people got over the fact that she was there they began talking about her appearance.
The model faced a lot of criticism for her skin as she walked the red carpet with some visible breakouts and acne scarring.
Close-up pictures of Kendall’s face were shared online with people mocking her skin but she was having none of it.
Kendall responded to one tweet of praise that read:
“OK but Kendall Jenner showing up and strutting her acne while looking like a gorgeous star is what every girl needs to understand.”
The model quickly retweeted it, saying:
“Never let that shit stop you!”

This isn’t the first time Kendall has spoken out about her skin struggles either. The model previously revealed how it used to hugely impact her self-confidence.
“I have such bad acne when I was younger. It completely ruined my self-esteem – I wouldn’t even look at people when I talked to them.
“It took a solid amount of time to be OK with my skin and gain back my confidence. I realised that it’s a part of life for some people and it doesn’t define who you are.”
