Love her or hate her, you can’t deny that Kim K knows a thing or two about makeup.
Yes, it was a natural progression for the reality star to release a makeup range thanks to her solid track record of amazing looks, however, she wasn’t always a dab hand with the makeup brush.
Kris Jenner’s recent throwback post proved just that and we can all relate to one thing – Kim’s eyebrows.
We can confidently say there’s not many who lived through the 00s who doesn’t regret overplucking their eyebrows. It was a style that destroyed our face-framing features and we’ve spent the best part of a decade since attempting to grow them back.
“1997 throwback… the best memories,” Kris captioned the post.
The post obviously left Kim squirming at the sight of her much thinner brows, with the mum-of-three commenting:
“I look horrendous! I was obsessed with Drew Barrymore and her thin eyebrows! And I discovered glittery bronze eyeshadow.”
Yes, the star has come a long way since those days, but the look wasn’t a total miss for everyone with one unlikely person making this unlikely request.
“Tell Kim to show us that look in a makeup tutorial please,” read a comment from none other than Katy Perry.
If this post is giving us one thing, it’s hope that our eyebrows will return to their former glory.
