Go home, Roger!

Sister Sister fans, if there are any of you out there, there may be some good news in store for you. Apparently, the two girls, Tia and Tamera, are looking to bring it back.

The show, which ran from 1994 to 1999, was hugely popular back in the day and centred around twins who were reunited after being separated at birth.

Tia and Tamera are both up for a reboot of the show but they’re struggling to gain any traction from the idea.

Speaking to Nylon Magazine, Tia said:

“We’re looking, right now, for a producer and a writer, someone who can kind of be a leader of the pack in regards to running the show. I thought people would kind of be jumping on it, but it’s a lot harder than my sister and I thought it would be. Everything in my career has always been a challenge.”

Their idea for the reboot stems from the many other shows which have returned, such as Will and Grace and Twin Peaks, but they’re waiting for the right amount of support before beginning to film.

She added:

“It’s not dead in any kind of way. We’re moving forward, we’re taking those strides. They’re slow strides, but we’re pushing as hard as we can to make people happy and make our fans happy.”

Now, let’s take a trip down memory lane…
