Christmas was an interesting time.
It was a time for indulgence. A time for over eating, over drinking, and over sharing due to the sheer amount of over drinking you did.
Decent enough scenario all round.
Except then January came around and ruined everything.
People started eating salads for all of their meals, threw their 70cls of gin in the bin, and spent an obscene amount of money on gym membership.
Or if you happened to present the show, Loose Women, you just grabbed a bottle of wine and incorporated it into your workout.

The entirely questionable yet probably effective workout routine was carried out on today's instalment of the chat show as an alternative to joining a gym or just going for a run or whatever.
Colleen Nolan was also dressed up as a bunch of grapes because of course she was.
"If you’ve indulged over the holidays and feel like you could do with burning some calories but can’t afford expensive gyms and personal trainers, we've got some inspiration for you," Andrea McLean said.
"No costly equipment needed, just a leftover bottle of wine."
The gals then proceeded to do some exercises with the bottles of wine while Colleen looked pretty stressed as a grape.
It was a whole thing.
Viewers weren't that all impressed with the segment though, with many questioning why they had even turned on their televisions this afternoon, if this was what they were going to be confronted with.
