Love Island is officially coming to Netflix and it’s 100 per cent going in our queue

Love Island

YES!

Summer is (meant to be) almost here, which means Love Island is coming back to television screens very soon.

Or…well, we think so, anyways.

There hasn’t been any details on that just yet, though we’ve gotten our first look at the trailer.

But if you can’t wait to see the Islanders finding someone who is 100 per cent their type on paper – or even to see if they’ll be putting all of their eggs in one basket – we’ve got some good news.

Love Island is headed to Netflix next week.

The streaming service is bringing back seasons one and two, starting on May 1 – so there’s going to be no Amber, Chris or Chloe, but there’s still going to be plenty of drama.

Like the time that Rachael Fenton got kicked out of the villa, and Rykard Jenkins made the ultimate declaration of love – only for Caroline Flack to reveal he had slept with Olivia Buckland … with Rachael in the next bed.

Or what about the time Malin Andersson returned to confront Terry Walsh when, after promising he’d wait for her, he was instantly smitten with newbie Emma-Jane Woodham – and the pair soon ended up hooking up, as Malin watched from home.

Like we said, drama.
