Not over it? Us neither.

Not over it? Us neither.

Instagram was blowing up yesterday as the final four couples returned home from the Love Island villa to a huge welcome in London.

Yes, Wes and Megan, Josh and Kaz, Laura and Paul, and winners Jack and Dani, all landed back on UK soil yesterday and it’s made everything all too real for us.

And while Monday night’s final was a joyous occasion for many, some viewers were raging about one particular moment and shared their frustration with Ofcom.

Yes, finale viewers made complaints to the communications regulator and it was all because of one of the couples.

Angry fans of the show lodged official complaints with Ofcom after it was revealed that Laura and Paul had placed second.

While opinions on Laura have often been divided, it seems some viewers were left fuming when she made it all the way to second place after only being coupled with Paul for a little over two weeks.

Contacting Ofcom after the show had aired, some viewers are calling out Love Island (again) for being fixed as official couples Wes and Megan, and Josh and Kaz placed lower than the Scottish air hostess.

Well, whether you agreed with Laura (and Paul, sorry yes, Paul) coming second, we can all agree that Jack and Dani were the worthy winners of this year’s show.
