She might be making waves in the Love Island villa, but surfer Laura’s love life hasn’t always been so rosy.
Villa newbie Laura Crane caught the eye of newly-single Sam during last night’s explosive episode and that looks to be the case again tonight as the 23-year-old turns a few more heads around the villa.
However, turns out, she previously had a soft spot for another reality star well before making her way into this season of Love Island.
Laura reportedly dated TOWIE star Pete Wicks last year with the pair being spotted on a number of dates around London.
However, things obviously didn’t work out for the pair as Pete has since confirmed his relationship with fellow TOWIE star, Shelby Tribble.
This revelation comes after it was earlier reported that other new girl, Stephanie Lam, also had a relationship with a high profile reality star.
The new islander was reportedly dating former Love Islander Chris Hughes until very recently.
“Chris and Stephanie have been dating on and off for six months,” a source said.
“But this was an opportunity too good for her to miss out on so she’s gone for it.”
Chris was caught liking a number of Stephanie’s photos on Instagram while he was still with Olivia but for her part, Stephanie has denied any romance with him.
“I’m friends with Chris Hughes from last year’s series,” she told The Daily Mail.
“We got friendly this year and have been on a mates’ date but we’re just friends.”
