Mariah Carey has earned herself the title of ‘Ultimate Diva’ over the years. From her lavish lifestyle to her sassy attitude, the iconic singer is undisputed when it comes to her diva status. Well, you can imagine our shock then to realise the singer’s latest career venture was as the face of Hostelworld. Yep, Mimi herself is now promoting a hostel booking website and we need just a second to pick our jaws up off the floor. The first of Mariah’s ads for the site has been released and it might just be her best work yet. The three-minute promo tells the story of Mariah’s assistants messing up a booking and the superstar arriving at a hostel and not a hotel. Arriving in the doors with her Louis Vuitton luggage in tow, Mariah is less than impressed with her accommodation for the night until the star-struck staff show her around. Mariah seems impressed by the private room and agrees to stay. Later taking to the stage in the hostel pub in her most embellished gown, Mariah did what she does best - put on a show! Basically, the story is really irrelevant, what does matter, however, is the fact that Mariah Carey is staring in an advert for a hostel booking website and it is glorious. The ad is captioned, "Even Divas are believers" and it might just be the best thing you'll watch today.
