Matthew Perry says thoughts of a ‘Friends’ reunion give him nightmares

Orlaith Condon

The reunion we’ve all been praying for might not be happening because of the star’s truly bizarre dreams.

So we’ve been hoping for a reunion since the moment that last episode aired and, unfortunately, there’s now even more proof as to why it will never happen – and it’s all to do with Matthew Perry’s dreams.

Well, we should say nightmares, as the Friends star says that the thought of a reunion causes him serious worry at night.

“When I’m asleep, I have this nightmare that we do Friends again and nobody cares,” Perry told Variety in an interview.

Nobody cares? Nobody cares? Matthew, we care!

We shouldn’t really be surprised by the latest shut down, as the show’s other stars have also said in the past that we shouldn’t hold our breath.

However, no matter how many times they tell us, we still hold out hope of seeing our favourite squad back in Central Perk having a grand auld time.
