Following his arrest, he was granted bail and fined $5,000 EC, which is roughly $1,850 US dollars, which TMZ say he paid before flying back home to the States today. His rep said, "for future trips to St. Kitts he will leave the motherf****** in the United States." The local police updated their Facebook page with the following statement on the arrest:
"Curtis Jackson (50 cent) an American Rap artist who performed at the St. Kitts Music Festival was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of making use of indecent language during his performance on Saturday night (June 25). Jackson was granted bail in the amount of $5,000.00 EC and was ordered to surrender his travel documents and appear in court on Monday, (June 27)."
