Aslan Announce Date for Post-Christmas Gig

Aslan have just announced some exciting news for Christmas 2014 as the date for their annual post-Christmas gig was revealed this morning. The news that the band will play Vicar Street, Dublin on Saturday, 27th December came courtesy of Twitter earlier today.

Last year, lead singer Christy Dignam was diagnosed with cancer and the band stopped performing live shows for over a year. Following on from the news that Christy’s treatment was working earlier this year, the band went on to release their new single I Need a Little Time and performed on the Late Late Show in May. The band have since also launched an Official Music App. The news comes off the back of the band's performance at the Olympia over the weekend.
