Hit singer Eminem is reportedly being sued for $8 million.
According to reports, the 8 Mile star and his record label have legal action against them from MC Raymond Jones.
TMZ has reported that Jones has alleged that Eminem sampled one of his songs without permission.
He alleges that Eminem's Rap God, from the album Marshall Mathers LP 2, has a 25-second clip from Jones’ song Looking Boy.
Jones is now asking for compensation to the tune of $8 million for the unauthorised use of the track.
Rap God featured in the Guinness Book of Records in 2014 for the most lyrics in a rap song, with 1,560 words in the song.
