The custom built, five-area penthouse is designed by Irish artist, Maser, and features his signature yellow, blue, pink and orange chevrons which have adorned some of the world’s most famous festival installations.
Music lovers can dance the day and night away as the resident DJ host a house party away from home in the Living Room, while those in need of some downtime can chill in The Garden, and daily yoga classes will deliver a dose of Zen, or those feeling playful can challenge their friends to Lawn Twister or giant Paint-Pong.
Festival-goers that want to flex their creative muscles can indulge in some screen printing, hand pressing their favourite Maser designs straight onto tote bags and t-shirts in The Kitchen.
For selfie-friendly picnickers, The Bedroom will also house a photobooth built into the ceiling. Music fans will have to embrace the absurd and lie on the ground to strike a pose for the perfect pic, before their selection of snaps fall from the sky as a memento. (Keep it clean now lads.)
Upstairs, The Balcony will provide the perfect viewing platform to the main stage, giving festival-goers a bird’s eye view of their favourite acts. Surrounding the walls of the balcony guests will find special smartphone lenses designed to give different viewing perspectives of the main stage. For the headline acts every night, The Balcony’s access will be exclusive to members of 3Plus, Three’s rewards programme.
Members can book their space via the 3Plus app, downloadable at Three.ie/Plus. These spaces can be booked once Electric Picnic’s highly-anticpated stage times are announced.
