Mark Ronson and Chic have been announced as headliners for a new Dublin festival.
The Metropolis festival will take place in the RDS on November 7th and 8th and is being organised by POD and Hidden Agenda.
Uptown Funk star Mark Ronson will perform a DJ set at the event, which will also see appearances from Chic, The Roots, Giorgio Moroder, Jamie xx, Todd Terje, Kaytranada and Matthew Herbert.
Other acts taking part in the winter festival are Dorian Concept, Kerri Chandler, Jeff Mills, Kink, Nosaj Thing, Maribou State, Kormac’s Big Band, Cloud Castle Lake, Trinity Orchestra and Tiga.
Tickets for the "music/performance/conversation/installation event" are priced at €99.50 and go on sale this Friday at 9am.
