Stormzy has showcased his new music video at a school in north Dublin. The London rapper unveiled the video for his latest release 'Superheroes' at Pobalscoil Neasain in Baldoyle yesterday. The school was one of multiple chosen at random in London, Glasgow, Manchester and Dublin. Stormzy gave a speech ahead of the video, which takes inspiration from children's films, encouraging young people not to judge one another and to excel, no matter what their background. The video for 'Superheroes' features lyrics referencing Noughts + Crosses author, Malorie Blackman, actor Michael Dapaah, athletes Serena and Venus Williams as well as children's show, Tracy Beaker. Directed by Taz Tron Delix, the animated film features an assortment of characters becoming superheroes in their everyday lives.
