Tulisa Contostavlos has started proceedings to sue will.i.am, according to reports.
Tulisa is said to want to claim publishing money for what she believes is rightfully hers.
The reports state that originally Tulisa was meant to release the Scream and Shout track after working on it with Will’s co-writer, Jean Baptiste.
The X Factor judge claims she can prove she wrote some of the lyrics on the track and is therefore due her cut from The Voice star.
Allegedly Will stole the track and recorded a version with Britney Spears.
A source told The Sun, “Tulisa is still fuming with Will for taking the song off her. The fact the song blew up only makes it worse.
“She’s well within her right to claim some of the publishing money.
“If she proves the words are hers she could get a huge pay-out.”
One of the lyrics Tulisa claims to have written is, “When you hear this in the club, you’d better turn this sh*t up.”
Poignant.

will.i.am has made an enemy for himself...
If the case swings in Tulisa’s favour she will not only be handed a massive sum of money, she will also have to be listed as a co-writer on the song.
For now, Tulisa is back in the studio after her album flop, creating new material and hoping for a single release in May. She will also be supporting Ne-Yo on his UK tour.
