It's summer and that means one thing to us... festivals.
There are a host of brilliant ones taking place across the country this week, including
Light Colour Sound in Kilkenny (ASIWYFW, Cathy Davey, The Hot Sprockets) and the innovative music and arts festival
Clonmel Junction (Casus, Paddy Casey, Mairtin O'Connor).
One new addition that has become a firm fixture on the calendar is
Groove Festival, which is back this weekend with a serious line-up. Saturday features the fabulous Paloma Faith and James, while Sunday's line-up is topped by David Gray and The Beautiful South's Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott.
It's pretty affordable too, with day tickets going for €49 and weekend tickets for €79.
