Sam Smith is arguably one for the greatest vocal performers of the 21st century, with his powerful debut album, 'In The Lonely Hour', topping charts all over the world.
Although Smith did not get the recognition he deserved at this year's MTV Music Video Awards, losing out to Simon Cowell's latest manufactured girl band, Fifth Harmony, in the 'Artist to Watch' category, we have no doubt that he is well on his way to receiving a Grammy Award.
The 22-year-old singer took to the BBC Radio One Live Lounge to perform one pretty incredible rendition of Tracey Chapman's 'Fast Car'.
The Chapman classic is one of the most covered tracks, however Smith gives it an entirely unique take.
