Nella Rose has reportedly returned to the jungle after fans feared she had left 'I'm a Celeb'.
Fans were worried that she followed in Grace Dent's footsteps after being ruled out of a trial at the very last minute.
Grace Dent quit the show earlier this week due to medical reasons.
The food critic was spotted in London after flying home from Australia at the start of the week.
Her exit comes after fans expressed their concerns about her health after she looked gaunt and weak in one episode.
Nella Rose also had to step out due to a medical issue, but she is not leaving the show.
The influencer also wasn't spotted during the live portion of last night's episode.
Ant and Dec explained that Nella was with the medics therefore she was ruled out of the trial.
They told viewers: "Now, unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial. So let's go in there and see who will be doing it."
According to reports, Nella Rose has since returned to the camp.
ITV issued a statement this morning to confirm that she was back and doing well.
"During last night's live broadcast, Nella Rose required medical treatment on-site and was deemed unable to take part in the trial. Nella has since rejoined camp."
The influencer has been growing in popularity since arriving in the jungle.
She has gained over 100,000 new followers since starring in the popular series.
Her fight with First Dates star Fred Sirieix lost her a lot of followers, but it looks like the YouTuber is recovering from the incident.
