It’s FINALLY the weekend.

Some of you probably have exciting plans like parties, rugby matches and stuff like that.

Well, if you fancy staying in and binge watching something on Netflix – then we have some great news.

Unbelievable is a new true crime drama on Netflix, that’s based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning article An Unbelievable Story of Rape.

The story follows an 18-year-old girl who was prosecuted having been found guilty of lying about being raped.

The Netflix show description reads:

“After a teen reports being raped, then recants her story, two female detectives follow evidence that could reveal the truth. Based on a true story.”

Unbelievable stars  Toni Collette and Merritt Wever, who play two detectives that come together when they suspect they could both have cases that relate to a serial rapist.

The show has not yet been released, but has appeared on Netflix without any trailer or promotional imagery.

However, according to the Wikipedia page for the show, the series will be just eight episodes long.

No sign of a release date yet, but we’ll let you know!
