The trailer for the new special starts with The Boss saying: "This is what I've presented to you all as my loud and noisy prayer, my magic trick. And like all good magic tricks, it begins with a setup."
Springsteen on Broadway is a solo acoustic performance written and performed by the Tony Award, Academy Award, and 20-time Grammy Award winner.
A sort one one-man show in the same vein as Mike Tyson's recent Undisputed Truth Broadway show, but with music performance included, it's based on the singer/songwriter's worldwide best-selling autobiography Born to Run.
A unique evening with The Boss, his guitar, a piano, and his very personal stories, Springsteen on Broadway also features a special guest appearance by Patti Scialfa.
