It's a tough thing to accept that there's potentially hundreds of content out there that we're missing because Netflix makes it notoriously difficult for us to search for anything.
Lucky for us then that we don't need to accept that anymore because one lad has only gone a created a website that allows you to actually search for things on Netflix via their release date, genre, and the date they were added.
Incredible.
'Flixable' is the creation of Finnish programmer Ville Salminen, who decided one day that he was sick of not being able to search for stuff on Netflix unless he had the exact name of whatever he was looking for.
Because sometimes, you just want to exclusively watch comedies released in 1997, you know?
Flixable can be accessed from desktops, tablets, and phones, and contains content from the US and the UK and Ireland
Similar to the Netflix app itself, you can also search by what's popular, what's a Netflix Original, and what's available in other countries.
Your viewing life will never be the same again.
