Get the bunting up.

Niall Horan’s latest tweet is praising the good weather and it seems like his day is about to get a whole lot better.

According to the Independent, the former One Direction star is the first Irish person to ever break 3o million followers on Twitter making him officially the most followed Irish person on the social media site.

He is head and shoulders ahead of second placed Conor McGregor who only has 4.1 million followers to his Twitter handle along with WWE wrestler Sheamus.

In fact, Horan has more followers than the rest of the Irish top 10 combined with 7.4 million more followers to spare.

Horan’s slow hands started tweeting when he joined in January 2010. He has nearly 12,000 tweets and only 240 likes. As of June 6, he follows just under 6,000 people and some people who he has followed lately are singer Miley Cyrus, Real Madrid footballer Sergio Ramos and Nancy Cartwright, the voice of Bart Simpson.

With his Twitter followers alone, Niall could complete 408 sold-out nights in Croke Park, an idea his manager should have a look into.
