Nicole Scherzinger leaves X Factor in chaos after she storms off set

The judge walked off set after being heckled by the audience.

Nicole Scherzinger has left production staff on The X Factor wondering whether she’d return after she walked off set very upset filming an episode for the new series. The 39-year-old is said to have been booed by the audience while making her decision during the Six Chair Challenge.

Reportedly choosing to send home one of the favourites, Nicole later changed her mind and brought them back after audience members shared their feelings with the judge. Things got so bad that the former Pussycat Doll’s singer stormed off the stage in tears. The new format of the challenge means the judges sit alone without the support of the panel while making their decision.

The new structure is said to have caused Sharon Osborne to get very upset recently while filming. Nicole was consoled by production staff off stage, however, her level of upset had them worrying about whether or not she would continue filming the series.
