In terms of the plot, the series will be set two years on from the events of Season 1, with Alyssa (Jessica Barden) still dealing with the fallout of the events of the first season.
If you saw the show, you'll know exactly what we're talking about.
As mentioned previously, the second season of the BAFTA-nominated show sees the introduction of a new character called Bonnie, played by Naomi Ackie (Star Wars: Episode IX).
In terms of the character biography, she's described as an outsider with a troubled past and a mysterious connection to Alyssa.
As for the fate of James (Alex Lawther), who we last saw shot on a beach at the end of Season 1, fans will have to wait until November!
In terms of the talent behind the screen, Charlie Covell returns to write The End of the Fucking World which is inspired by the characters from the award-winning series of comic books by Charles Forsman.
The original songs and score will again be written and performed by Blur guitarist Graham Coxon. Directors Lucy Forbes (In My Skin) and Destiny Ekaragha (Gone Too Far) will helm the first and second block respectively.
At present, no Netflix date has been announced but just like Season 1, we expect the show to air on Channel 4 first before it's available to watch on Netflix.
We can't wait.
