One of celebs might miss out on Dancing with the Stars this weekend

There's doubt over whether or not Des Cahill will be able to compete in Dancing with the Stars this weekend. According to RTÉ, Des is sick with conjunctivitis, a sinus infection, and has fluid in the knee and a strained his calf. He has been told to rest and stop practicing with his dance partner.

He said recently that he wasn't aware that the show would take up so much time and that he's been finding it tough to balance it with work commitments. He also added that his age was getting in the way saying:

"My age and lack of fitness is [sic] a disadvantage but the biggest one, I find, is trying to combine it. I didn't realise there'd be so much involved."

Des has been a popular contestant and often raised a lot of eyebrows for his choice of clothing and dance moves. He has proven that he's willing to get stuck in and that's why the audience loves him so much. We're wishing Des a speedy recovery!
