This should be good.

Will you be watching?

The Late Late Show returns this Friday with the stars of the new drama Striking Out and Dancing with the Stars.

Amy Huberman and Neil Morrissey will join Ryan Tubridy in studio to chat about their new legal drama Striking Out. Amy will be filling us in on some exciting new projects on the horizon and Neil will be chatting about his journey to become one of the biggest names on British television.

With Dancing with the Stars launching this weekend, the Late Late will be meeting three contenders, Hughie Maughan, Teresa Mannion and Des Cahill. We’ll be hearing about how rehearsals have been going and who is discovering they’ve got two left feet.

Also on the show will be one of our favourite Late Late show guests – The Rubberbandits’ Blindboy Boatclub. He will be joined by actor and raconteur Michael Harding and Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope writer Stefanie Preissner to chat about what the new year may bring.

RTÉ’s US correspondent Caitriona Perry has spent the last two years covering one of the most tumultuous and unprecedented elections in America’s history. She’ll be giving viewers an insight into what it was like to cover the Trump circus, where it went wrong for Hillary Clinton, how things are shaping up now and what it means for the undocumented Irish still living there.

Singer Connor McKeon will pay tribute to the music icons we lost in 2016 with a very special performance and country music star Derek Ryan will be in studio with his latest hit.
