TLC has postponed its performance at Metropolis festival, its organisers have confirmed.

Poor T Boz, pictured on the left below, has sustained an injury backstage, forcing the group to pull out of the October Bank Holiday Weekend event.

TLC has also had to reschedule its UK, German and French dates for this autumn.

Metropolis organisers have acted quickly to prevent fans being disappointed and have just announced four replacement acts for the Bank Holiday Sunday of the weekend, when TLC was due to perform.

West Philadelphia’s own Jazzy Jeff (best known for his role on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and his collaborations with Will Smith) will take to the stage, it’s been confirmed.

Also added to the bill are Norwegian DJ Todd Terje, Scottish DJ Denis Sulta and Australia’s Mall Grab.

They’ll join acts like Richie Hawtin, Jungle, Adam Beyer, Mount Kimble at the RDS on the night.

If they don’t appeal to you and you’d just been set on seeing TLC, you can get a full refund for your Sunday tickets, the organisers have said.

Ticket prices for Sunday will remain at €69.50 and won’t increase to €79.50, as they have in previous years.

Weekend tickets, bar tier three tickets, for the festival have sold out but day tickets are still available from Ticketmaster and the usual outlets.
