They saw how much of a success Bake Off was on the BBC and are keen to recreate it."Paul was the judge on the most recent series in America, but it was pulled after just two episodes when his fellow judge Johnny Iuzzini was accused of inappropriate sexual conduct. Paul and Mary were half of the ultimate dream team. Together with Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc, they were the perfect combination. So, when all of them, bar Paul, announced they were leaving The Great British Bake Off, as it made its way from the BBC to Channel 4, our hearts broke. Now, with the possibility of this new show, fans will be able to see them together once more. Now, all they need to do is get Mel and Sue on board and they will have a full house.
