Lots of viewers were fed up with Phil and Holly's hangover antics on This Morning
Phil and Holly, Holly and Phil. They've been at it again.
For the ninth consecutive year Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby won the best daytime category at the National Television Awards for This Morning on Tuesday night.
And, in what has become tradition, they turned up to Wednesday morning's broadcast of the show hungover. Indeed, Phil was snapped on the night award in one hand, hip flask in the other.
Arriving at the studio on motorbikes, Phil said: "Thank you guys, what a hell of a night. I'm about to be sick in the helmet I think.
"I tell you what that was one hell of a club.
"I don't know whose jacket this is. I just put my hands in the pockets and that was a mistake."
Holly said: "Come on, we can do this together. You'll be fine."
Phil replied: "I'm worse than you this year. Ready to start again?"
The show continued in this vein throughout the morning - but many viewers were less than impressed.

Some accused the pair of faking their hangovers while others said they felt sorry for their guests, the Hairy Bikers.

The whole I’m hungover thing with Philip and Holly on #thismorning was funny the first time round. It’s getting boring now guys. Grow up and act the professionals you’re supposed to be.

Should put alternative presenters on if they that hungover etc. Not funny, not entertainment.
How many of those saying how funny this is, will then be screamming blue murder if a drunk or hungover kills etc their child or family member.#ThisMorning
