Keeping a high-profile romance under wraps can’t be easy but it can be done, as it turns out.

Former Take Me Out dater and radio DJ Emma Conybeare has confirmed that she and Olly Murs were once an item.

It comes after the Sun revealed they’d been seeing each other earlier this year.

Things reportedly ended last month as Olly got busier with work ahead of his new role as a judge on The Voice.

“It was quite amusing actually,” Emma said on Good Morning Britain.

“We did (date) but we’re good friends now. I don’t think he was a big fan of me. I’m sure he won’t mind it. He’s such a sweet guy.”

Olly’s a “catch”, she continued, but hadn’t yet found his perfect match.

“He’s a good catch and a great dater,” she said.

“He just can’t find the right fish in the sea. He knows where I am!”

Olly’s now said to have joined Raya, an elite dating app.

It comes after rumours that he’d been in touch with Love Island‘s Amber Davies since she split with Kem Centinay earlier this month.

“They started sending each other messages on Instagram after they realised they were both at the same restaurant,” a source told the Sun.

“Olly knew exactly who Amber was, as he had watched Love Island while the show was on during the summer.”

Olly was also linked to TV presenter Melanie Sykes this year.
