Bad news for Iron Man fans.
Robert Downey Jr. has said that there won't be a 4th installment of the
Iron Man franchise saying, "I don’t think that’s in the cards."
Since the movie franchise began in 2008, the films have made nearly $2.5 billion in the States.
According to
HitFix, he added, "Everything pulls over to the side of the road when the thunder of an Avengers thing comes through because that’s how it is until it changes. If it changes."
Fear not though, you can still get your fill of
Iron Man action in
Captain America: Civil War which comes to cinemas in May. If that's not good enough, the film also stars Chris Evans as Captain America.
