The Rock looks stacked in this new photo from Furious 8

Agent Luke Hobbs is back.

Can’t stop, won’t stop, never stop. The Rock keeps on rolling.

He’s only just finished filming the new Baywatch movie, but Dwayne Johnson is already back in the saddle to give us Furious 8.

If this new photo is any indication of what lies ahead, Agent Luke Hobbs is going be taking names and kicking ass like never before.

EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK: #HOBBS #F8 When you strip a man of all he has. All that's important to him. You force him to return to his roots.. and sometimes that's a very dangerous and twisted place. If I was going to return for another FAST & FURIOUS I wanted to come in and disrupt the franchise in a cool way that got fans fired up and their blood pumping to see a new version of Hobbs and his "Daddy's gotta go to work" mentality and set the table in a cool way for where the character goes in the future. Maybe it's a spinoff movie. Maybe it's more #FF movies. Or hell maybe Hobbs just gets on his motorcycle and rides off into the sunset never to be seen again. Either way, I've had a solid first week of shooting, good to be back with the ohana, good to work again w/ my bud and director F. Gary Gray and our home studio of UNIVERSAL, as always have been the best partners to me and my #SevenBucksProds team. Most importantly… you guys around the world will really dig this new version of the role, 'cause as we always say, disrupters dent the universe. #Hobbs #TwistedRoots #1Disrupter #1Savage #F8

The Rock has been teasing a darker turn for Agent Hobbs in the lead up to Furious 8. Last month he posted on Instagram his intention to turn Hobbs into the “the meanest, strongest and most highly funny and entertaining shit talkin’ version” to date.

As we reported last week, the 44-year-old has managed to pack 22lbs on to his frame to play Hobbs in the latest instalment of the franchise.

The Rock is practically a boulder – now weighing a hefty 260lbs.

The Rock is the only man who can leave professional wrestling and somehow get bigger.

In his full Instagram post, The Rock also made mention of a potential spin off series for Agent Hobbs, proving once again he is the hardest working man in Hollywood at the moment.

The Rock finished his photo caption by promising, “You guys around the world will really dig this new version of the role, ‘cause as we always say, disrupters dent the universe.”

Oh Rocky, you can disrupt all you want when you’re so good to your fans. You stay delightful. We’ll see you next month in the Central Intelligence film with Kevin Hart.
