The Script are suing James Arthur over claims that he copied their song, The Man Who Can't Be Moved.
The band have claimed that the former X Factor winner's track,
Say You Won't Let Go, if a rip off of their hit from 2008.
Arthur has denied the claim.
TMZ reports that Danny O’Donoghue and Mark Sheehan, as well as co-writers Andrew Frampton and Stephen Kipnave, have filed a lawsuit against James for copyright infringement.
The band members and writers have said that she songs have almost "identical" beats and melodies.
