Liam's been busy all year promoting his solo music and apparently Chezza's keen for the family to spend more time together.
"She was worried that she and Liam wouldn't get as much time just the two of them, but she came up with the idea of managing Liam – meaning they'll be working together," a source said, according to The Independent.
Thankfully, she'll be working on her own music as well as looking after Liam as they move to the States to further their careers.

She'd understand the 'band-member-to-solo-artist' transition plus we'd say she takes no sh*t, which is why she could be the perfect manager.
Plus she's been in the music business a long time and knows the ropes so moving up in the industry to manage another act makes sense.
Working with a partner might not be easy but these two seem nuts about each other so they might just pull it off.
