Spencer Matthews could be banned from returning to MIC and I’m A Celeb

Fans hoping to see a return of Spencer Matthews to reality TV might not want to hold their breath.

Spencer has been missing from Made in Chelsea for a few seasons and it looks like that could stay in place. He was also rumoured for I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here but that looks like it might not happen either. According to his co-star Stephanie Pratt, he's under pressure from his family not to take part due to their connection with the Royal Family. Spencer's brother James is engaged to Kate's sister Pippa Middleton. The wedding is due to happen some time next year. Stephanie told Digital Spy, "I feel like he can't [comeback to Made in Chelsea] because he can't be in the public eye right now - his family are under immense scrutiny."

A Channel 4 spokesperson added, "He's restricted - I don't know whether he is for our show or not because we haven't had the discussion. But he is restricted [with what he can do on TV]."

Stephanie also added that she's determined to get an invite to the wedding saying, "I'm desperate to meet Kate. Spencer's brother did really like me [when I dated Spencer]. I'm going to work on that. I'll def try and get an invite. I won't get one. But I will crash it."

Somehow we don't think gatecrashing this wedding would be the best decision.
