Stacey Solomon praises Seann Walsh’s ex Rebecca Humphries for dumping him via Twitter

Stacey Solomon has praised Seann Walsh's ex-girlfriend Rebecca Humphries for dumping him via Twitter.

The comedian was spotted kissing his Strictly Come Dancing partner Katya Jones on a night out in London last week. Following the circulation of the images, Humphries took to Twitter to share a powerful message about her relationship with Walsh. She also added that the night her ex was seen kissing Jones was her birthday. She began her post by stating that she is "not a victim ."

"It's incredibly good of Sean(n) and Katya to apologise in the media. "I have received nothing, other than the support of my family, friends, and strangers on the internet who all wanted to make sure that I was OK."

Humphries went on to say that she had confronted Walsh about his behaviour since he started he reality TV show, but that he "aggressively" told her that she was "psycho/nuts/mental."

“As he had done countless times throughout our relationship when I’ve questioned his inappropriate, hurtful behaviour." she said. 

Humphries continued on to tell women to "trust your instincts" and to be aware of behaviour that isn't just hurtful, but "controlling" too. She finished by stating that she was now "free" and that she hoped Seann "gets what he wants from this. I'm not sorry I took the cat though." Humphries's tweet was shared widely and praised by many on Twitter, including Stacey Solomon, Denise Welch, and Carol Vorderman. Solomon responded to the message saying: "What a powerful, important message. You will help so many people going through similar experiences. You’re amazing.” Humphries then replied saying: "You're my hero Stacey."

Walsh and Jones have issued their own apologies via their own Twitter accounts, saying that they were "sorry" for any offence caused by the "drunken mistake."
