Yes, the singer has struggled to sell her four-bedroom home, however, finally managed to find a buyer for $2.85 million, making a profit of $100,000 - not too shabby. The 30-year-old even made efforts to find renters for the property for a cool $16,500 a month, but that was a no-go. But we cannot for the life of us understand why - it's a beaut! The stunning home consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool AND a poolside cabana what more could you want? The two-storey home is contemporary in style and sticks to a monochromatic colour scheme throughout. The house boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen and adjoining lounge area which looks ideal for entertaining guests. The master bedroom has a gorgeous balcony which gives an overview of the pool and back garden. But it's the incredible walk-in wardrobe that has us envious. The outdoor pool has everything you’d expect from a Hollywood star – a poolside cabana, outdoor dining area and a one-bedroom guesthouse. The property has been on the market since November meaning it was listed three months after Rihanna bought the home.
