Jason Momoa's first solo outing as Arthur Curry, AKA Aquaman, is getting nearer after the first full official trailer landed on Saturday night.
The film, by Insidious and Furious 7 director James Wan, will see the former Game of Thrones star in his third outing as the half-Atlantean half-Human superhero after a brief cameo in the disappointing Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and larger role in the (equally disappointing) Justice League.
Footage from the upcoming DCEU movie first dropped at the San Diego Comic-Con as part of a Warner Bros. panel.
Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II make up an impressive cast as DC Comics attempt to go toe-to-toe with their Marvel counterparts.
Momoa announced the trailer in fitting fashion: by jumping off a cliff in Hawaii with a phone in his hand that simply says "trailer tomorrow".
