The BBC has just announced Mary Berry’s new show – Mary Berry’s Secrets From Britain’s Great Houses. They say that the new series will explore some of the UK’s most beloved stately homes “through the prism of what she’s best known for – food.”
She will get an exclusive look into the homes and how they work. She will meet the present day owners and their staff as she visits the gardens, kitchens and private rooms.
From her visits she will be producing her own special recipes and celebrating the heritage and legacy of the properties.
Speaking about the new show Mary Berry says:
“I am so excited to be doing this new series with the BBC – I have always had an enquiring mind so I know I will be inspired by the Great Houses we visit.”
