For a fifth year running Sofia Vergara has been revealed as the highest paid actress in TV. She tops the
Forbes lists of the world’s highest-paid TV actresses, earning a whopping $43 million in the 12 months up until to June.
It's not just her role in
Modern Family which sees her taking home the fortune but rather her endorsement and licensing deals for different products which include a line of furniture and Head and Shoulders.
Next on the list is
The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco, who has earned $24.5 million over the same period, but it's mainly for her role on the show rather than any outside earnings. She currently earns $1million per episode and that could increase if she stays on the show beyond the 10th season.
Coming in third position is Mindy Kaling with $15million, closely followed by Mariska Hargitay with $14million.
